RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. Overview
Our pieces are created in limited numbers — many are one-time releases and not eligible for restocking or exchange.
Because of this exclusivity, we only accept returns where required by law, or where a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may be eligible for a return if:
- The item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
- The wrong item was sent.
- You exercise your legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery (see below).
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Limited-edition or numbered items sold as “Final Sale”
- Worn or altered garments
- Gift cards or digital products
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
4. Legal Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK/EU customers have 14 days from receiving their order to cancel.
To exercise this right:
- Please email us at orders@moalimitedseries.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
- Please return the item within 14 days after notifying us.
Refunds will include the item’s cost but not outbound shipping unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
5. Returns Process

- We’ll provide instructions and return address details.
- You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund (if approved) within 7–10 working days.
6. Exchanges
Due to the limited-edition nature of our stock, we cannot guarantee exchanges.
If you wish to swap for a different size, please contact us immediately. If stock allows, we’ll accommodate you.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or wrong item, we’ll cover return costs and issue a full refund or replacement.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
8. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned outside of our policy or showing signs of wear.
